The Cow Launcher from South Park 64.
I cannot find any videos of this particular weapon. If it missed, the cow would explode into methane gas. If it hit, the enemy's head would be stuck in the cow's butt, so that the whole screen became a view of the cow's ass and they died once they had slid too far up.
Juvenile to the extreme, but it was hilarious when I was eleven.
