The only time it will is when the PS3 gets a $100 price drop.
Remember when the PS3 was outselling the 360? Despite the PS3 being more expensive, the price difference wasn't as large as now. The 360 got a price-cut and it started to outsell the PS3. Once the PS3 gets a 100 bucks price drop and equals the difference between both the CONSOLES WHEN THE ps3 WAS ON TOP OF BOTH, then AND ONLY then will the PS3 outsell the 360.
