For me it's the N64. The jump to 3-D was an amazing revolution for me. I can't remember being wowed as much by any other game before or since as I was Mario 64. The PS3 is a close second for me. The jump to HD gaming as well as providing me with Blu-ray for my other favorite hobby (movies) has been fantastic. As for my least favorite systems, believe it or not coming from someone who just declared a Nintendo system their favorite of all time, the Wii is near the bottom of my list. I have owned pretty much every system except for 3DO, Neo Geo and XBOX 360 and aside from the superb Mario Galaxy and Twilight Princess, the Wii has been extremely "meh" for me.
