The pull out method should only be used by people who are in a stable relationship and have a solid economic foundation to not care if it works or not. From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coitus_interruptus "studies have found actual failure rates of 15-28% per year.[2]"
Without that stability, the method should be called the "pull out,but abort if you accidentally discharge" method.
Anyways, young people should use condoms (with spermicide) as a prefered method.
Speaking of spermicide, only use one spermicidal condom on a girl per night. So if she has multiple partners that night or if you plan on going in for seconds, use a non-spermicidal one after the first.
Actually, according to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spermicide#Use_with_condoms , the WHO (the NGO, not the legendary rock back) says that spermicidally lubricated condoms should no longer be promoted. However, they recommend using a nonoxynol-9 lubricated condom over no condom at all.
