My mother knows knew of a lady down the road I grew up in who still as far as she knows never cleans up anything including hundreds of 1 litre ice cream containers, cat faeces over the floor, work surfaces and beds covered in maggots, cat feeding plates piled high with maggot ridden old food and the lady in question who is in her 70s got so fat she couldn't fit on the toilet so ended up just shitting up the corners of the rooms.
One tradesman apparently said 'that's the first time I've had to wipe my feet on the way out of someones house!'
