No, Olmert is admitting there is a problem and he is giving a potential solution. Not one I fully agree with as I don't like Affirmative Action here in the US which was a result of minorities getting shafted here and very similar to Olmert's plan.
The other articles mostly discuss the fact that Arabs cannot acquire land equally to Jews. It also discusses how land has been stolen from Arabs in Jerusalem over the years.
You are obviously in either denial or just lying.
