Just noticed there's no mention of the mobile version, the site only mentions PSP.
Looks like the reports of Final Fantasy XIII Agito and Parasite Eve 3 being PSP only were true. Good decision by Square Enix to move them to PSP - mobile games are rarely large in scope, and the end quality would have suffered on cell phones.
