The game was rushed to market and was a time exclusive deal with MS. I assume the reason they haven't announce a date for the PS3 version is because they've just started the port now and once they began they suddenly realise how much shit they're in. Since they had a terrible time programming for the 360 this will be like a kick in the nut to them.
