As I pointed out when discussing with Comrade. both sides believe that 100% of the other is out only to kill off the other.
And yes, I do believe that just as Hamas could careless who gets killed by their rockets, so to does the IDF and its leadership.
Just look at its actions with UN buildings, trucks, and movements during this conflict to see that.
