Back in my day, innovation came from having videogames do things never done before on the videogame platform. Now, it appears most people's fantasy game is remake of things that have been done already in videogame format. People want remakes, or games that consists of a mishmash of this game with that one. Ok, I think maybe this thread deserves another one posing this question. It will be one part brainstorming, one part recall of the past.
