So we are now to assume now that VGChartz has also overtracked the PSP and/or PS3 this Holiday season seeing as how
A. Sony says PS3+PSP "userbase" is at 61.3M. (Now means shipped)
B. VGChartz currently stands at 62.7M installed base. (Means sold)
C. Means VGChartz has
1. Overtracked LBP by 500k.
2. Overtracked PS3 and PSP by a combined 1.4M this year.
3. PS3 is sold out WW. (Yeah right, lol, they sell more than they make)
or we just come to the conclusion so far that these numbers are most likely not up to date and probably from mid-December.
Am I way off are did I figure that out so far?

I am asking these questions in general interest. Hey, maybe I might find out something.
By the way, when everyone talks about "bundles not being counted", when they are not counted does that mean those numbers do not show up for the game only or do the numbers not show up for the hardware either?

He was apparently using old FY Q2 08 shipment figures. Check my post, but I haven't double checked the shipment figures.

We have confirmed numbers from charttrack for LBP....as 309K
so LBP sold 309K in UK ALONE....then ONLY 1 Million everywhere else WW??

Up to date we know it's 309k in the UK and 80k in Japan. We also know the first 2 NPD numbers is about 350k, so 1.3 million does seem kinda low but that's what Kaz said, it might be old numbers and without bundles.
