If a 299$ PS3 really does out sell the 360,and MS dosent drop the price,then MS can do a "6 months of Free Xbox live Gold Membership" and they can roll out the hole nextflix thing and really put the hurt on the PS brand...
Or if it gets worse they can "Xbox LIve gold is now FREE" or "Xbox live Gold is free for 1 year with the purchase of a Xbox 360 elite..
Xbox Arcade = 2 months free
XBox Pro = 6 months
Xbox Elite = 12 months + 1200 MS points..
