They are always shipped.
Companies don't know how much of their product has reached consumers hands.
Companies ALWAYS say sold... and they mean shipped.
Unless they got that number from a tracking firm... which nobody does world wide tracking outside of VGchartz...
There is almost no way they'd use that info. Using your shipped numbers is all that makes sense.
