It might just be me, but I think she's trying to say he's a womanizer.

Yeah I know, I shortened it a bit to cut out half the times she says womanizer.

Personally I found the lyrics deep and intricately wrought, reminiscent of Vanilla Ice's lyrical prowess at its peak. Full of allegorical complexity and symbolic imagery.

While I agree with the allegorical complexity and symbolic imagery comparisons, and that during her hiatus Britney has greatly improved her razor-sharp lyrical wit, I have yet to hear a Britney song that asks the questions that really make me think, like say, "Have you ever seen a turtle get down?"
