That would be an extremely high number for the game. The last PS3 only PSN numbers had the count at a bit over 50% of PS3 users connecting to the PSN as I recall. LBP is the style of game that would attract the less "core" audience en masse making it difficult to get a disproportionatly high number of PSN users having the game. Hopefully that makes more sense than I think it will.
