How do you react to losing hours of progress in a game?

Firstly, I cry like Nancy Kerrigan. Then I take a big-boy pill and get back on the horse.
It hurts, but whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
At least, thats what my gym teacher used to tell me.
