PC graphics always look better, better textures, effects, further draw distances, better Frames per seconds, picture looks clearer and all on high resolutions of native 1680x1050 (22" montior) and more(better than a HD-TV). But then again it all depends on your setup. If you own a 2005 setup, the console will win, but if you own a 2008 PC you be pwn all consoles. But then again it comes down to graphics card setup, CPU etc..... I have 2x Gf 8800GTX 760mb cards(Sli) in my PC and a duo core 3.0ghz cpu, 4Gb ram and you can see the diffence right away between PC and console games.
