MGS4 with a BC 80GB PS3 + DS3 controller for $500 WAS THE PERFECT bundle, imho.
edit: since it's doubtful Sony will reintroduce BC the MGS4 bundle will be hard to top. Perhaps a MEGA HIT included with the lowest priced SKU for no extra charge? Say Gran Turismo 5 (full game) bundle $299.99, or any other big title with Mass appeal like GOW3, Killzone 2, Uncharted 2 or a new Team ICO game...
