I said quite clearly that Fable 2 will be the best selling console RPG "for a while."
But there are questions about your listed games. Certainly FFXIII will beat Fable 2 (on both consoles). But that is possibly over a year away.
DQX will *probably* best Fable 2 but there is no demonstrated capability on the Wii's behalf to sell major third party RPG's. Especially hardcore ones like this.
MH3, even if we accept that it is an RPG, faces exactly the same uncertainty.
