GT5 might be monster enough to put up a fight against Starcraft 2 as well. It would probably need to launch earlier in the year to win for sure though. I am kind of hoping a game without Wii in the title could challenge it, but I doubt the combined sales of the Rockband, or Guitar Hero series could take it down.
