Your projected yearly totals are very optimistic. I think they can keep the 360 around for longer than 2013 though with all the talk about 'forward compatibility' games and a big enough install base attractive to developers. A slow upgrade process by consumers is the business strategy MS needs to keep the premium live subscribers revenue streaming in. It's estimated that >30% of the install base is a 'gold' member - so if they can make it to 100 million that's 30million people paying MS ~$30(retail markup) = ~$900 million p/a plus being active content downloaders. They definitely won't abruptly stop support of this before the market decides so. I'm guessing 80 million tops though.
