The Wii has a message for you, its depressed. Consoles with blue flashing lights don't deserve happy upbeat games like Kingdom Hearts 3.

And green is upbeat? ;)

Green means "Action!" And you'll be hearing that quite a lot if you play that game. So the only fitting console is one with more green lights than any other. I believe on KH 2 I heard that no less than 3000 times.
