Metroid. We need a properly done Metroid movie. As long as Samus wasn't turned into a generic space marine like every other American action movie. No, it would have to be very subtle.
It would be much easier to do Zelda right, of course. Just look at the IGN Zelda Movie "trailer". It was awesome and perfectly balanced between serious and fantasy.
