For starters, where the hell are you getting this from?

Secondly, what the hell does a 30% increase mean? Because if it means using 30% more power then it shouldn't be terribly noticibal since graphics give diminishing returns.

Thridly, does this mean we will see a decrease in resolution, ala GTHD to GT5P?
