I have a feeling both this and heavy rain will be huge flop from a sales standpoint.

The 360 fanbase has done nothing to prove to me they would buy this kind of game.

I can't speak for Heavy Rain, but I'm sure Alan Wake will sell millions. (At least 2-3 million on the 360)

I bet it will get sales close to Mass Efect.

 

 

 Well, if it is as good as ME than it might sell near it. But we dont even know if it is going to all come together, and ME was a REALLY good game.

I say this game is gonna sell around 1 mil, but for as big of game as this is (production value) that might barely break even...

I can safely say that you don't know anything about this game's production values so don't bother to post that kind of stuff, please.

 

I can also say that Lots of $$$$ does not = amazing game

Look at all of the super high budget movies, just throwing money at something does not mean it will be a great game. Now it might mean great reviews, because I doupt one of the fanboy reviewers would pan a major huge budget game. That said it could all turn out to be AAA 95 metacritic (and deserve it unlike GTA4). But then it could sell like uncharted for the PS3, good, and slowly getting up to solid (then really solid once it is bundled)

This is the 360 and this is not an FPS or Shooter, it does not have the lightning in a bottle type ability like Gears 1 had (we all knew if the game was great it would sell like crazy)

So I was not saying it was going to suck, but you cant just assume greatness based on budget. The reason I am putting it at 1 million is if it is not any good, I think it willl got on sales and bundles at worst and will make 1 million w/o a doupt, now if it is good maybe 2 million, but at fullprice w/o bundles.
