Theres this place here that calls their selves a Mexican fast food restaurant called loco cocos tacos. I'm not sure if I would consider it fast food though... the quality is too good. Its fast food if Panera can be considered fast food. And I love Panera too although their quality has gone wayyyy downhill over the years.
For cheap widespread chains though, Taco bell and Burger king are really the only options for a vegetarian - Taco bells got beans and burger kings got veggie burgers.
