I'm sure he's considering everything, but this thread is reaching based on the actual comments.
What's interesting is he does seem to imply he's trying to work out how to better appeal and compete in West where there is a lot of money AND still appeal in Japan (where let's face it most Western games sell pretty poorly overall compared to the best local games).
That's an interesting challenge, and one you could argue Nintendo has shown the best ability to meet, with franchises and games that sell stellar everywhere, rather than just in a sub-set of core markets.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
