Playing Sonic Adventure in 1999 is much different than playing sonic Adventure DX on the gamecube in 2003. Same with pretty much every hit that dreamcast delieverd 2-3 years before they were proted to PS2xboxGC.

You had to own it when it came out to understand...

 

Some DC classics are still awesome today though.  Skies of Arcadia is still a brilliant game.

Ikaruga still rocks as well, Shenmue, Sonic adventure, Soul Cal...Jet Set Radio...lots of games aged great on the dreamcast cause they were pure fun.
