Expected. With so much press about the woes of Sony, especially the gaming division, HD developers can not risk putting all of their eggs in the Sony basket. If you are making an exclusive, the 360 has proven itself to sell a lot of software. And though MGS4 did just fine on the PS3, what happens if Sony has to make major cuts to the gaming division?
Its safer to be either 360 exclusive or multiplat than to bed down with Sony at this point in time. Maybe Sony can change that, but with game development costs, developers are going to play it safe for a while.
