Circuit City has horrible customer service. Every time I walk in, the workers are talking with their peeps or on the celly. It's like they are too cool to work. Maybe that's just where I live.
One time, some kid was helping me with a TV I had question with. Then he said, "hold on a minute, I'll be back". 20 minutes later, he didn't come back. I go find him behind the register hiding out on his cell phone. So I tell the manager, "that guy was helping me, but never came back. Can you help me?" I made the manager help me and do some bitch work, hope that kid got in trouble.
