Gather group of uninfected, Go to Police Station, gather any weapons possible, go to hospital, try for supplies, go to grocery store and barricade yourself in there for at least 2 weeks... Then send a group of armed people, out to check if the zombies are still alive and search for survivors. Eventually, if little survivors are there and the zombies are gone, pack up a vehicle and head out to the nearest city... hope for more survivors...

(If the Grocery store is too open to secure) ...go to hospital, try for supplies, go to grocery store get as much canned goods and water based drinks and stock pile them... head to Canadian Tire (In my town it's probably more secure then anywhere else.... meter thick brick and steel walls, easily barricade-able), Gather more weapons, Fuel, and then barricade group in CT... if there happens to be any abandoned cars left in the parking lot/ Garage, lock in garage, and secure it enough that it could survive a Zombie attack... (Bars over windows, Stronger glass, etc.) then after 2 weeks leave in vehicle, Search for zombies/survivors/stock pile more food if found/ and if the zombies and all people are gone, pack up and drive to the nearest city... hope for more survivors...

 

I don't know about Canada, but Wal-Mart's in NA have guns and other weapons, groceries, and pharmacies.  No need to make three spread out stops when one will do just as nicely.

K-Marts have firearms in NA as well. One could only imagine how fun it'd be to grab a .22 cal and a few boxes of ammo and shoot at zombies from the top of said retail store....Given the fact .22's are very plentiful (I'd argue any Wal-Mart carries 10,000-50,000 rounds of the stuff), it'd make for interesting times. Wal-Mart/K-marts would also have seeds and soil in the garden section for the production of foodstuffs if you had to last in the store for a prolonged period of time.

... Of course, this assumes you can drive through your nearest populated town and make it to Wal-Mart intact.

Nearest Walmart is 2 hours away...... thats the problem :P
