What? Do you mean in relative terms in comparison to the same game being a multiplat or do you seriously mean there is no multiplat game that exceeds in quality over any exclusive game? If it's the latter, then that has got to be one of the worst statements ever made. If it's the former, it's still likely wrong. The same game can be optimized for two different platforms and have no compromises made on either. It's all about the original vision of the game itself. Case in point, Virtua Fighter 5. Once an exclusive to PS3 and then came to 360 with absolutely no compromises.
