Thank you for the article kn. I found the read enlightening and encouraging. Personally I spent nowhere near the average price. Which makes me feel all sorts of good. I thought I had found a equitable price, but instead it looks like I found a fantastic price. Further more the thought that I am well within the averages makes me feel comfortable.
