That makes sense... 
I do consider the HD twins userbase to be old, so really it does follow that KH3 be made on the Wii. If you see the demographics I believe when some Wii fanboy was asserting that the HD consoles userbase was teens and tweens, the data that disproved him is also a pretty good indication about where KH3 is eventually heading.
