Seems like a Wii or next generation type game.

 

It depends, the FFXIIIv engine could be used to make the game. But in any case if its not started before the middle of 2009 it probably won't make it out this generation what-ever platform its meant to come on.

 

 

Isn't the Versus engine the Crystal Tools? That's on the Wii too.

The HD console userbase is old so really its probably going to go on the Wii and the HD consoles if they are lucky but thats barring a money-hat from Microsoft which isn't entirely out of the question.
