When do you think the 'next-gen' consoles will release?

Having purchased 360, PS3 and Wii on release I have to say that is the 3 single most retarded decisions I have made in my gaming life. I will not get any of the 'next-gen' consoles until they have released for 2-3 years. Then again I will be in my late 20's so probably will have given up gaming. -_-
