Yeah, just had to comment - I don't think this will sell millions. Actually, I think it'll be lucky to hit 1mil.
From the creator of the Fatal Frame series, that's fine. However, none of them are million sellers. Also, nobody mentioned this game is a third person shooter coming from a Japanese developer... I don't think they'll be able to pull it off.
Compare this to established franchises, like, Devil May Cry 4 which has sold 1.3mil on the PS3. Predicting more than that would be extremely optimistic. Just because it's a Gears clone doesn't mean it will sell like it - contrary to what the article says, there are not millions of people that will buy it because it "looks cool and is violent."
