No, and it makes me laugh how people think that because they don't have a "Dial-a-combo" scheme the game only has 9 moves per character... it's like saying that in any FPS you only have three moves: "move around", "aim" and "shoot"
If you don't understand the game or its depth, refrain from commenting, you only make yourself look like a fool
