I can think of a dozen ways he could have stated his opinion without being so immature. For example:
"I hope that people don't use this as an opportunity to bash 1up over bias."
Instead he used a very inflammatory tone that is designed to make people have a reaction. I would hope a mod could set a better standard for behavior.
