Okay, first that's comical because the governors legal counsel charges more money in an hour to the state of Michigan then you'll make this month (so you would never get to use them pro-bono like they are a charity, you're just not that important kid), and secondly I fail to see what makes a state's governor's "legal counsel" experts on International Law?
