Part 1 and 2 came to the west. Why wouldnt this one? It really doesnt cost much to localize a game. Only translation really.
It is the advertising that costs the most. But a game like this doesnt need much.
It is a samurai game plain and simple. Some people actually like the genre and will get the game.
