Will never be like the PS2. It will not attract the most talented 3rd party developers, not now and not 2 years into the future. The platforms they are working on now will likely be the platforms they will be working on at the end of the generation, it doesn't make sense to retool for a different platform halfway through when they have established their tools, systems and franchises. |
