Depends. How does the 360 deal with non-compatible games? Does it let you try 'em anyways, for luck, or does it just say "No".
If it just says "No" then it probably won't work, the 360 would store a database with all the games that it supports, and name-checks, even if they would technically work, Microsoft probably wouldn't have bothered to include the titles of the demo's in the database simply because they're demos.
