Should be more than enough to run games that are not demanding.
I would up the ram and graphics card if I have money to spare.
Additional 2GB ram probably cost you $30.
A decent graphics card for around $100.
And if you're crazzzzy rich ($250 more?), add 2 more monitors and run tripple mon for your latest fps :)
