Actually for a matter of fact, all the arms companies that Dick Cheney has investments in have made huge amounts of money off the war. The Iraq War was not about oil, it was about bloody securing more deals for arms companies.

Oh and just for the reference, I met William Rodriquez a few weeks back and since then I've started to believe even more firmly that these attacks were planned.

Well duh, they were planned! This was perhaps the biggest terrorist attack EVER. Are you saying the Bush Administration planned it? Were they behind the London and Madrid attacks as well? Oh curse them.

You cannot compare the London or Madrid attacks to 9/11, they were nothing alike and were not on anything like the same scale.

I'm not exactly sure how much involvement they had but here is what I am sure of:

If they never actually carried out the attacks themselves, they certainly heavily supported the operation. I'm sorry but if you think weak guerilla groups in Afghanistan/Pakistan could ever plan such a complex attack on their own which such great success, then you a) heavily overrate them and b) Dont really know anything about those groups

 

And why can't I compare them? They were all caused by terrorists. You saying the government planned this is like saying FDR told the Japanese to bomb Pearl Harbor.

 

Well they are different because madrid/london were suicide bombers. Suicide bombing is alot easier to carry out, build bombs at home, go to train station, detontate them.

9/11 is far more complicated. Plus it involves alot more than those things you mentioned. I do genuinenly believe bombs on each level brought it down.

So... Planes crashing into a building, starting a fire that began to weaken the steel to less than half it's strength, and then that steel having to hold several tons didn't have anything to with it? There are three problems with that theory. A) Who planted those bombs? How'd the government keep them quiet? Did they kill them? HOLY CRAP! The government can be behind the biggest terrorist attack in history, kill anyone who might talk about it, but can't do something about the two guys who just revealed their plot to the world? Not even take down their website? Wow, that story isn't full of holes b) If this whole thing is government conspiracy, the how come NO ONE came forth and said anything? I mean, think about all the people who had to be involved! Look at other conspiracies. I'll use Iran-Contra as an example. A much smaller conspiracy, yet almost everyone found out, and then Oliver North's came forth and said, yes, we did sell arms to Iran. 3) How the hell did Bush get all of this together in 7 months? Are you saying this was what he wanted to become president for? That he planned this since his childhood? Much smarter than the man everyone calls an imbecile.

Another thing that you said bothered me. You said 9/11 was way more complicated then I what I said. Are their thing that happened that I don't know about? Learn to fly a plane, but not landing them, hijack a plane, crash it. No way anyone could plan that out.

Well seeing how you didn't respond, I'm going to guess you gave up trying to argue with me, posted too many times so this got lost in your history or realized I was right and didn't respond. I'll leave you to a) be angry with my ignorance, b) never respond again or c) revel in my awesome debating skills.
