To me it seems it's impossible for a PS3 game to get a 10 unless it's got a 360 version as well. And there's no way Sony would let a 360 leaning site get the first exclusive review to 'set the tone' for other reviews - They're probably pissed they made this 'early score'. Also: If they're going to make the argument that graphics don't make a game why is Bioshock 1 point higher and a perfect 10 on 360.

 It seems like its in the normal range, there aren't really any unexplainable inconsistancies here. Its up to the individual reviewers taste and the factors they consider when they review games. The fact that MGS4 was extremely subjective to many people considering the length of cutscenes is probably the biggest sore point of their PS3 reviews.
