ZERO are 1080P capable. Guess where Joe Sixpack shops? Guess what he's likely going to buy? (hint: Not the expensive one) I'd agree that Christmas 2008 will see the majority of sets 1080p capable but not this year by any stretch. I'd also add that 1080P is a relatively new phenomenon. It has really only been widely available this year at a fair price point. Guess what that means? A whole heap of HD sets have been sold over the last handful of years and no reasonable priced sets 1080P sets were available until recently... You can wish it all you want but that doesn't make it so. I've got plenty of disposable income and I'm still waiting for prices to come down a bit. At this point I'm looking at a 37" or 42" LCD and will be buying 720P since they have dropped like a rock in price. Best wishes in the crow eating thread. :) |
Yahh 15" to watch Br movies, does that make any sense. Might as well stick with dvd on tiny tvs like that. |
Where in his post does it say anything about a 15" screen? He says they have 15 sets that are 37" or above.
Seriously man. Think first, THEN post. You need to take a breath to let some of that fanboyism escape before it makes its way onto the internets.
