OK, that was a bit of a stretch!  Though it is 16+ (in the UK at least - anyone know why?).

And how could I forget Dead Space from the list.

 

 I think it's because the riders are involved in the crashing sequence. Burnout Paradise is a 3+ because there are no drivers/the bikers magically disappear when a crash happens.
