according to a lot of developers, the main reason ps3 ports suffer isn't because 360 is easier to develop and ps3 is hard. It's the way PS3 was created. Developer that focus on the 360 have up to 512MB ram for videos/graphics while ps3 has a cap of 256MB for video/graphics. That's why PS3 usually have less details/textures and other stuffs.
