I mean... I think we beat communism.  It's cool now.

I mean.  Cuba still does have human rights problems, though not as bad as most places... and it's been shown embargos basically only hurt the poor, as the rulers can always plunder enough.

At the same time people do get frustrated you can't do anything, but embargo rarely work, and aren't going to do anything unless said nation seems to pose a threat to another nation.
